Managed by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), the AIQ process allows a candidate from one state to secure a seat in a premier government institute in any other state, purely based on merit.
What is the 50% All India Quota (AIQ) in NEET MDS?
Every government dental college in India contributes 50% of its postgraduate seats to a central pool known as the All India Quota. The remaining 50% are reserved for candidates of that specific state (State Quota).
Why Choose AIQ Counseling?
- No Domicile Restrictions: You can apply to top-tier institutes like Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences (Delhi) or Government Dental College (Mumbai) regardless of your home state.
- Centralized Process: A single window registration for all government seats nationwide.
- Transparent Merit System: Seats are allotted strictly based on your NEET MDS All India Rank (AIR).

Stipend Hikes: Stipends are subject to DA (Dearness Allowance) revisions. The figures for Delhi and UP are currently the highest in the country, making them “Profit-Positive” seats (where your earnings over 3 years exceed ₹40 Lakhs).+1
Seat Leaving Penalty: This is different from a service bond. If you quit the course midway, almost every state charges a penalty ranging from ₹5 Lakhs to ₹50 Lakhs plus the refund of all stipends received.
The “Uttarakhand” Exception: Uttarakhand has historically had a massive penalty (up to ₹2.5 Crore) for subsidized seats. Advise your users to read the fine print for this state specifically.
